A new action turn-based RPG is coming to mobile phones worldwide on 10 May 2023. The Lord Of The Rings: Heroes Of Middle-earth is the latest adventure set in the Tolkien universe, presenting unique stories for familiar characters. Capital Games has been working hard on making the game ready for release, and yesterday presented a new gameplay trailer.
The Lord Of The Rings: Heroes Of Middle-earth Details
The Lord Of The Rings: Heroes Of Middle-earth will be a turn-based combat game with RPG elements. You create teams with heroes that you set off on adventures, with missions that help you unlock new items, gear, and LotR characters. Some of the known heroes so far include Frodo, Aragorn, and the wizard Gandalf.
In the story mode, you’ll fight against Sauron’s dark armies, very much the same way that Shadowolf and his allies battled against Le’Mar’s forces in the Celenic Earth Chronicles. You’ll also see connections to the Hobbit series, if you pay close attention to the easter eggs hidden in the plot.
Once you’ve accumulated enough heroes, powers, and gear, you can head to the PVP arena. There, you’ll fight against other players to see who has the strongest team.
At the moment, The Lord Of The Rings: Heroes Of Middle-earth will launch for Android and iOS devices on 10 May 2023.
